LAS VEGAS,– MGM Growth Properties LLC (“MGP”) (NYSE: MGP) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.465 per Class A common share for the first quarter. On an annualized basis, the dividend of $1.86 represents an increase of $0.07 per share, an increase of approximately 4%. This is the 7th dividend increase since MGP’s initial public offering in April 2016. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2019to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 29, 2019.
