WASHINGTON,– Concourse Federal Group has developed a state-of-the-art Portfolio Management system. The system, named PM360™ Suite, provides Concourse’s public sector customers with the ability to answer asset questions confidently and quickly across their portfolio. The PM360™ Suite is brought to life by integrating innovative consulting services (i.e., LiDAR scanning, asset tracking, panoramic photography, AutoCAD/Revit) and information technology support (i.e., ServiceNow, FedRAMP, Cloud Google Maps) to provide detailed maps, laser-accurate building scans, 3D models and 360-degree room views.
Concourse’s PM360™ Suite is specifically tailored for public sector entities to provide a complete end-to-end solution available in an easy to use graphical system accessible via internet connection.

Under contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Concourse has successfully used the PM360™ Suite to track portfolio information (i.e., assets, floor plans [2D], Revit models [3D]) across multiple VA West Los Angeles Campus buildings.
Concourse will also leverage specific PM360™ Suite consulting services to help VA update the AutoCAD floor plan files for 100 buildings and 1.2M square feet within VA’s Northern California Health Care System. For this effort, Concourse will collect existing floor plans and relevant facility management information; scan all facility square footage; convert building plans to industry-standard floor plans, verify current conditions against prior floor plans; and integrate accurate data into the PM360™ Suite solution for tracking and information maintenance.
PM360™ Suite will allow VA and other public sector customers to easily access accurate information, create custom reports, and create a customizable dashboard with drilldown capabilities to enhance optimal decision making.
