Ashby & Graff® Real Estate has been named a 2019 Communitas Award recipient for excellence in corporate social responsibility and ethics in business. The honor was bestowed upon Ashby & Graff Real Estate to recognize their diversity initiatives and their “Ashby & Graff Cares” charitable giving program.

Since inception, Ashby & Graff Real Estate has kept a keen focus on diverse representation in all of their marketing efforts. The advertising efforts have fostered an environment that encourages people from diverse backgrounds to apply for and gain employment with Ashby & Graff. It also sends a signal to consumers that all are welcome and will be served with quality and undifferentiated service.

The Ashby & Graff Cares program raises charitable contributions from within the organization to provide support to the communities we serve and also to come to the aid of our valued employees in times of need. Because of the unending selflessness of our workforce we are able to provide relief and assistance when it is needed most.

Communitas nominees are evaluated based on the extent and effectiveness of their program. The size and potential scope of the nominee are also taken into consideration. Other winners throughout the world include such brands as Mastercard, Dow Chemical, Toyota and Vonage.
